Back to the Start

      Jacques Chevron & Associates

Jacques' global branding group is a sometimes alliance of mine and a sometimes competitor, but they're always excellent in what they do.

      Abbott Wool Media/Marketing

Howard Stern calls himself the "King of All Media," but he doesn't have a thing on my pal,
Abby Wool, who is the true king of all issues relating to media planning and buying. He's also an ethnic marketing guru.

      Walt Boyes

Walt is an industrial products consultant, a teacher of seminars, and has a pro-bono job as Director of Electronic Products and Services for ISA, the International Society for Measurement and Control. Mostly, Walt is just a real nice guy, with a really good marketing mind.

      Jim Pinto

Jim is a consultant working in the areas of industrial automation, B2B e-commerce, international M&A and alliance partnerships. His website includes his collected writings--articles, essays and satirical poems on technical and business topics. Sharp guy.

John Rodrigues' Ask A Sales Pro

Here's a guy who grows companies until they're too big for his liking, then moves on to the next challenge (though I'd bet he takes some stock with him). He also dispenses free sales advice by
e-mail, so rush over to his site and ask him a question.

      Professor Kathy Winsted

A marketing professor at Pace University, Kathy's one of the few academics I've seen who truly understands, and does a good job teaching, new product development. She's also smart enough to bring me in as a guest lecturer once a semester.

      Grandma Glowatz's Gefilte Fish

      I discovered my great-great aunt's recipe on the Net, posted by a cousin I didn't know I
had--Lisa Anderson. She advertises: "No more of that gooey, fishy stuff from jars. Taste this, and you'll never buy ready-made again! It's easy, too! PLUS BONUS potato latke recipe." It costs only $3, which is worth it for the latkes alone; write her for details.
